QTF4-24 Semi-automatic Concrete Block Brick Making Machine
Main Features:
QTF4-24 hollow bricks machine, high adaptability and multi function, not only suitable for making concrete block, but also suitable for fly ash, slag and other materials, with different moulds, can produce various specifications of building bricks, hollow brick, solid brick and porous brick etc.
♦1. Improved from the old brick making machinery, QTF4-24 adopts new vibration techonoly and broke arch device to achieve seperately control of material feeding and forming vibration, making the most homogeneous material and forming optimization.
♦2. Table & mould vibration makes the concrete fully liquefied and exhaust in 2~3 seconds, which assures high density of the products,especially suitable for the production of high strength standard bricks, can save lots of invest on pallets.
♦3. The special double ended synthesis output vibration technology optimization of the vibrator makes the exciting force evenly distributed in the shaking table.
♦4. The use of advanced electronic control technology makes this hollow brick machine easy to operate.
Block machine with electric motor powerd,have perfect performace on vibrating, mould lifting and produced block conveyor. Customzied motor according to your local 3 phase electricitly help machine working stable and efficiency.
Convey mixed cement,crushed stone sand to block machine hopper, fast convey speed,wear-resistant belts and rollers,provide whole production line long service life.
Diameter 1.2mx1.2m, depth 50cm, working efficiency for this production line,can mix cement,sand,crushed stone,stone powered and other types aggregate, it is important for the whole production line working.
