JS750 concrete mixing plant is used for mixing of sand, stone, cement and water and other materials to meet requirements of concrete construction. Operating rules for JS750 concrete mixer:
♦ 1. The mixer should be palced in a solid place and supported firmly with a bracket.
♦ 2. Check each controller and parts of the mixer before starting,there should be no foreign body inside the roller.
♦ 3. Prohibited to pass or stay under the hopper when it is lifted,and the hopper should be fitted after work.
♦ 4. Forbidden to put the tools into the roller when mixer is running.
♦ 5. During on-site maintenance,mixer hopper should be fixed and power cut off.There should be worker monitoring outside when entering the mixer hopper.

MIXING SHAFT AND MIXING ARM

The mixing shaft is made of solid steel pipe, which is more durable, and the mixing arm is made of machined standard parts, which is more durable and easy to replace.

 

 

Mixer arm and inner linner

Linner make the mixer more durable and can be replase wear-out part easily. Mixer plate can also easy  to be repalce after long time using.Water pipe with Steel wire hose, stronger and more durable.

Reducer and gear

The roller gears are carburized and heat treated to make them more wear-resistant. Using 750 reducer, the work efficiency is stable and reliable, and it is also equipped with a water pump for customer convenience.

Vibrator sieve

The vibrating screen can screen out large particles of raw materials to facilitate better integration with other raw materials in the subsequent mixer, and at the same time increase the smoothness and aesthetics of the product surface.
