The template is processed by precision machining, it is flat and durable, and has strong vibration force, so the bricks produced are smooth and flat. Mould change is easy to produce different types of block.
The material feeding box guide rail is carburized and heat treated, which is more wear-resistant and has a long service life under high-frequency use.Material feeding arm adopts double bearing design, which is more efficient.
Automatic or semi-automatic operation,PLC controlled,easy to operate with high capacity,can produce hollow block,solid brick,colored pavers and curbstone.Domestic famous motor, use national standard Q345 steel and good welding.
Mould is carburized and heat treated,working more stable and with long service life. For paver moulds,use wire-cutting technology,block produced with high accuracy and mould with longer service life.
